Romans 12:1 (NIV)
"Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God — this is your true and proper worship."
Worship isn't just what happens on Sunday morning with a band and a crowd. Worship is how you live. It's the offering of your whole life — your body, your time, your talent, your effort — to God.
In volleyball, when you give everything on the court — every dive, every sprint, every serve — that can be an act of worship. When you do it for God's glory, not just your own, it becomes something sacred.
God is not looking for perfect performances. He's looking for surrendered lives. That's true worship.
Lord, I offer You my whole life today — not just my Sunday mornings. Help me to live in a way that honors You in everything I do. Amen.
I block the lie that worship is just singing. My whole life is an act of worship — and I choose to offer it fully to God.
John 4:23-24 (NIV)
"Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in the Spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks."
