Peace

🏐Receive

Philippians 4:6-7 (NIV)

"Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

🏐Set

Anxiety is the enemy of performance. Every athlete knows what it feels like when nerves take over — the tight muscles, the racing thoughts, the inability to focus. Anxiety steals your game.

God's answer to anxiety is not "calm down." It's prayer. Bring everything to Him — with thanksgiving. And the result is a peace that doesn't make logical sense. A peace that transcends understanding. A peace that guards your heart and mind like a soldier standing watch.

You don't have to figure everything out. You just have to bring it to God. He'll handle the rest.

🏐Attack

Lord, I bring my anxiety to You right now. Every worry, every fear, every "what if." I trade it for Your peace — the kind that doesn't make sense but holds anyway. Amen.

🏐Block

I block the lie that anxiety is just part of life I have to manage. God's peace transcends understanding — and it guards my heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

🏐Dig

John 14:27 (NIV)

"Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid."

🏐Serve
  1. 1

What are you most anxious about right now — and have you brought it to God in prayer?

  2. 2

What does it mean practically for God's peace to "guard your heart and mind"?
