Romans 8:1 (NIV)
"Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus."
In volleyball, if you let every mistake haunt you, you'll never play freely. The best players have short memories — they shake off the error and get back in position.
God doesn't want you living under a cloud of guilt. Yes, we sin. Yes, it matters. But Jesus took the punishment so you don't have to carry the weight. Grace means the score has already been settled.
You don't have to earn your way back into God's good graces. You're already there — because of what Jesus did, not what you do.
Lord, thank You that there is no condemnation for those in Christ. Help me to receive Your grace fully and stop punishing myself for what You have already forgiven. Amen.
I block the lie that I have to earn my way back to God. Jesus paid the full price — I am forgiven, free, and fully loved.
Ephesians 2:8-9 (NIV)
"For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith — and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God — not by works, so that no one can boast."
Is there something you've done that you still feel guilty about, even after asking for forgiveness?
What would it look like to truly receive God's grace today?
